Croatian Pearl: Plitvice Lakes National Park

One of the most incredible and most visiting sights in Croatia is Plitvice Lakes National Park – it’s one of the biggest and oldest parks in Croatia, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage register. It was one of the best sights I’ve ever seen. The lakes have so pure and clear water so you can see there a lot of fishes, underwater world. I was lucky to visit that area at summer when everything is green and nature showed the best its shape and views. There are beautiful forests, so green, wild and clean where you can walk and see rare habitants. Walking from the top you can see the whole park like on the palm and to make amazing pictures. There is a locomotive for tourists who can help you to drive you around and you can save some time and see more places. Amazing waterfalls take your breath away – you can see all waterfalls and lakes from the top of the hill. When you will walk from below, you can step by narrow touristic trails, to see the fish from close, to feel the power of waterfalls from close and feel this amazing water, air and breeze. You can also to travel by boat in the lake and it’s totally ecologically clean as the boat works from electric power and not from petrol or benzine so there are no pollutions of the water and air. There is also an open area near the lake where everyone can have a picnic enjoying the lake view, hills and trees, hearing birds singing and just resting in such a wonderful place!
