“Better to see something once than hear about it a thousand times”
Many years ago I’ve heard that there are two countries – Croatia and Montenegro with incredible nature, amazing sea and mountains. Since that time I wanted to visit Croatia first. I wanted it so badly so only I got a chance I purchased a tour which included sea time on the coast of Croatia. It was my first time I went to Adriatic Sea. I didn’t know what to 
expect and it was the best possible way to discover a new country, a new place. I would say, I was amazingly beautiful time! I I spent time in a city which name sounds a bit funny to me – Opatija. It was that experience when I understood that sea is the love of the whole my life and I dream to 
live in such amazing place. It was surrounding by beautiful mountains, and it was so clean and modern around. But what I liked the most – the coast. I could walk along the beach the whole my life! Hearing waves, seeing clear and so clean water of Adriatic sea made me fall in love with the sea completely and forever. It was so quiet, no people all around, I could run along the beach and 
enjoy the beauty of the world – here is happiness. What is interesting about beaches – I saw only stony beaches and there were a lot of sea urchins and crabs, which I saw first in the sea. The entrance to the sea was from the stairs which was also unusual for me. And maybe because of that the water was so clear 
so I could see fishes inside. I had to buy swimming shoes to protect my feet from sea urchins. But it was a real pleasure to swim in there.
I was lucky to have a hotel room with the sea view on the first line of the sea. It was all “WOW”! But there was a big humidity so my 
swimsuit was wet all the time 🙂 I was lucky to have breakfasts and dinners in the hotel. Breakfasts were as usually tasty in Europe and dinners were incredible – for a week staying I haven’t try the same dishes twice. Stuff offered aperitif before the dinner which was good but I don’t drink lol Anyway the 
resort was awesome and I had such a pleasant time on the sea. First I had an opportunity to see people different nations and it was interesting experience. I remember there was an Italian family close to me on the beach with 2 or 3 kids, they were exactly as on movies – short and very talkative 🙂 I liked
to walk in the city on the sunset, the parks are great there. And everything was so European – high class quality and neatness. What I also liked a lot there were some pools in the hotel, sauna and massage place. As for me, I liked a lot indoor pool, on the 10th or something like that floor. There was incredible view from 
there and it was so big pool and comfortable sunbeds. And as the city is located inside mountains it made me feel so comfortable, safe and first it felt like home…
