Beautiful stones on Cyprus

Ayia Napa. Vicky in the cityI chose Ayia Napa to have a vacation on Cyprus because of some reasons. First of all it’s Greek part of Cyprus and Greek culture, nature and language attracts me a lot. Also it’s the southern resort, with a lot of sights around so even I didn’t know everything I could find in there, there were a lot to do and visit and that I liked the most. I’ve arrived to Cyprus in the middle of the summer and it was the hottest touristic season. And Sea Coast in Cyprusonly then I found out that it was one of the most popular student’s resorts. It was the first time I saw soooooo many tourists in one place. Young people arrived every day and checked out the hotel. And there were so many people in the hotel’s hall all the time… It was also the first time I saw people from so many countries. The hotel was locatel perfectly – not very far from the beach, close to all bars, in the center of the city. There was a pool in the heart of the hotel and it was crowded by people at any time of the day. I Halk in Cypruscouldn’t even go to swim because there were too many people around even at night. I really have never seen that before. My room was on the first floor and the balcony had pool view, surrounded by palms… amazing. At 10am at the morning the DJ started to work near the pool and the music turned on. It lasted till 10 or 11pm every day but the music was really awesome and didn’t bother me at all. I felt like I was in the university again – it was sooooo noisy any time of the day and night – young people drunk all the time, sang, had fights and even crushed the furniture. But for some reason it didn’t drive me crazy and I didn’t even notice that. I just enjoyed my stay, amazing view from the balcony and perfect weather. If you go outside to Beach in Ayia Napawalk to the city, you will see a lot of students around as well. They ride quad bikes all around even if there is left-hand driving and that was confusing for me as I used to live and travel to countries with right-hand driving. And maybe that was the main reason why there were enough a lot of accidents on the road but not really dangerous as they aren’t sport cars so there are no high speeds on the roads. Also there are a lot of limousines are taxi service which were also very popular in that area and kind of wild for Street in Ayia Napame. So it’s left-hand driving  because it’s ex British colony. But nowadays it’s modern European country with Greek culture as main direction and Greek language as national one. The roads are perfect, nature and views remind Greece with its beauty and hospitality.

Despite of it’s an island there are not a lot of pleasant beaches because of stony coasts and surface. That’s why there are a lot of hotels with pools and people, especially young people, like to hang out near the pools. What I liked in that city, everything is close – shops, cafes, parks. And prices aren’t expensive comparing to other European country especially in the middle of hot season. There is a big park with a lot of attractions inside which was very close to my hotel and I enjoyed there a lot. In general, such an amazing island offers different kinds of entertainments for any tourist.
