“A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving.”

So, Germany. I have been to this country for exact 4 days and a half (not counting one time where I didn’t leave the airport). This time I went to decided to know a bit about the country. I decided to spend my short time in only one city, Munich, and I couldn’t have made a better decision!
To talk about the city a bit, it’s an amazing city! A great combination of a modern city with a beautiful historical part, full of attractions, stores and restaurants, with a big variety of food, especially local Bavarian one and Turkish.
But let’s do it by parts, and talk about the ways to reach there first. The two best ways to get there are the airport and the train station. The airport is a good option if you are coming from far, since has flights from most places in the world. It is kinda far from the city but the good news is that it has a train that departures from inside the terminal! So in 40 minutes you can reach the main station and get to the heart of the city.
So, that was my choice. I arrived to the airport coming from a connection in Madrid after my long flight from São Paulo. After we got out of plane a small incident happened, one of those dogs that smells people for drugs jumped on the guy right in front of me! I stopped and the whole line stopped behind me. After the guard told me to go I took the wrong path and the rest of the plane followed me. We only realized something was wrong when we reached a door that it would lead us right to the working area and someone came yelling at us Haha
After finding the right way, another incident took place with me when I was waiting for my luggage. I brought on my suitcase a typical drink from Brazil (cachaça) and while I was waiting I could smell it coming from the suitcases coming. I even thought “Who is drinking at 8am?” when I realized it was my bag and the cachaça was broken in there, making almost all my clothes smells like alcohol XD
I took some time to mentally recover from that episode and started walking around in the airport looking for train station. After I bought the tickets (11 euros) I went down and took the train for around 40 minutes until the main station in the center of Munich (later I found out that I should have validated my ticket in one those machines at the entrance otherwise my ticket wouldn’t be valid XD).
